CURRICULAM COMMITTEE

  • Arranging committee meeting for every once in three months with the presence of all coordinators.
  • Distribution of hour to each staff.​
  • Arranging departmental committee meeting for every three months
  • Plan calendar of events for each courses.
  • Identify curriculum problems.
  • Make recommendation in the areas of curriculum and academic standard.
  • Identify strategies to improve creativity and academic excellence.
  • Enhance progressive growth of the institute by adding and expanding courses and programs offered by the college.

SELECTION COMMITTEE

  • Formulate the fees structure for college and hostel for every academic year
  • Discuss about the rules and regulation of the college and Hostel
  • Discuss regarding Admission criteria, Affidavit and certificate verification.
  • Recruit the faculty according to needs as per INC Norms

LIBRARY COMMITTEE

  • Provide for proper documentation services and updating the library collection.
  • The library committee monitors the procurement of books, journals and the allocation of the budget according to the recommendation of the heads of the departments.
  • Conduct library committee meeting twice a year.
  • The library committee meetings are held regularly to discuss the important issues and advise on Library policies and procedures and allocation of budget for the academic year.
  • Participating in regular meetings with Librarian concerning library –related problems& suggestions.
  • Help in getting recommendations for New Books.
  • Help in getting recommendations for New Journals & Magazines.
  • Books are kept in an open access so that users may search their required materials easily.
  • New arrivals of books, journals and Newspaper are properly displayed.

STAFF DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE

  • Plan to conduct curriculum meeting
  • Encourage the staff to do the journal presentation every month.
  • Encourage the faculty to attend the workshop, conference (State, National, International) and practice of learning new method of teaching skill.
  • Encourage the faculty for research paper publication in Journals.
  • Conducting the various staff meeting to discuss regarding innovation in nursing.
  • Cash Awards to the staff for centum result
  • Staff performance appraisal for the staff development

ANTI RAGGING COMMITTEE

  • Formulating and implementing anti ragging policies and guidelines
  • Conducting awareness campaigns to educate students about the consequences of ragging.
  • Investigating complaints related to ragging and taking appropriate disciplinary action.
  • Providing support and counseling to victims of ragging
  • Collaborating with college authorities and student organization to address ragging effectively.
  • Maintaining records of reported incidents action taken and follows up measures.
  • Regularly reviewing and updating anti-ragging policies and procedure to ensure their relevance and effectiveness.
  • Ensuring a safe and conductive learning environment for all students by promoting mutual respect and dignity

GUIDANCE AND COUNSELLING

  • Help the students to identify the problems and adjustment to make themselves.
  • Aid the individuals in efficient decision making.
  • Bring about changes in the attitude and behavior of individuals.
  • Help the individuals to make wise choices.
  • Providing the needed information and assistance for improving self esteem.
  • Help the students to promote optimal personal and professional development.

ETHICAL COMMITTEE

  • Provide ethical advice to the students
  • Ensure competent review of all ethical aspect of the project proposal.
  • Approve research studies by safe guarding by following ethics.
  • Promote research among students.
  • Suggest changes in the study to enhance quality of research.
  • Facilitate sound decision making in respecting participants values, concern and interest to protect rights, safety and well being of the participants.
  • Review of proposal independently and takes care of ethical principles.
  • Motivating faculty and students for publication of research work.
  • Conducting Biannual meeting.

MEDICAL SURGICAL NURSING

  • Discussion regarding Academic plan for the PG students
  • Distribution of topics for students for seminar, classroom teaching, clinical teaching and clinical presentation and Demonstration.
  • Planning for field visit
  • Motivate the students to complete the medical surgical Nursing Requirements
  • Planning for Research proposal
  • Conducting unit exam, sessional exam and Model exam.
  • Discussion regarding internal assessment.
  • Discussion regarding portion completed in medical surgical Nursing.

CHILD HEALTH NURSING

Plan regarding academic plan for the PG students:

  • Formulate plan for proposal Mock Viva IRB presentation.
  • Allocation of timing for the requirements submission.
  • Planning for field visit.
  • Curriculum planning for the PG students.
  • Planning for the examination such as unit exam, model exam and sessional exam.
  • Formulating rules and regulation for the academic year.
  • Discussion regarding dissertation statement selection.
  • Discussion regarding internal assessment & portion completion.

Obstetrics and Gynaecological Nursing

  • Distribution of topics for student for seminar classroom teaching, clinical teaching, Demonstration, Clinical presentation.
  • Arranging for field visit.
  • Arranging & Evaluating the seminar classroom teaching clinical teaching clinical presentation
  • Motivate them to complete the requirement.
  • Making them to involve in the research related to OBG Nursing

EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES (SNA)

  • Conducting election for the students nurse
  • Maintaining discipline of the students
  • Rectifying the needs of the students
  • Rectifying the complaints of the students in the hostel
  • Training the students for the various competition
  • Create leadership among the students
  • Conducting various health programme
  • Maintenance of SNA diary
  • Organization of meeting and conference
  • Enough the student to maintain discipline
  • Furnish Nurses in training with advice in their courses of study leading professional qualification.
  • Encourage leadership ability and help students to gain a wide knowledge nursing profession in its different branches and aspect
  • Increase the students social contact and general knowledge in order to help the their place in the world when they have finished their training.
  • Encourage both professional and recreational meeting games and sports.
  • Provide a special section in the nursing journal of India for the benefit of students
  • Encourage students to complete for prizes in the various competitions and also to national and regional conferences to be competent nurses in future.
  • Provide all facilities to student related aspects like hostel mess, health etc
  • Establish good support.
